Dear KNUST Alumni,

We hope this message finds you well. As you may know, your alma mater the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is committed to ensuring the success of its alumni and to continue the growth and development of this noble University. One way we measure this success is to conduct tracer studies.

We would like to encourage all alumni to take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it will enable us to fully appreciate and understand your current status, identify areas where we can improve, and assess the effectiveness of our programmes.

By participating in this tracer study, you will be assisting the University to improve and ensure that current and prospective students have the same opportunities for success that you had. Furthermore, the data collected from this study will be used to inform the development of our academic programmes, career services, and other initiatives.

We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable. That is why we have designed this questionnaire to be brief as possible, with a completion time of no more than 15 minutes. Your participation is anonymous and confidential.

Thank you for your continued support. We eagerly anticipate your response.

Best regards,

Prof. (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson

Vice-Chancellor, KNUST
